Not sure if you are planning to update this one again, Intradom, but I have a few suggestions:
~ A quick tutorial that explains a few things, or a simple "?" button somewhere with this information would be a big plus. (Workers, tools, gates, ore tiers) ~ Freeze Workers Button OR Worker Menu - Trying to chase down my workers to give them better tools was an exercise in futility for a couple minutes there. Either a button that stops workers from moving/mining or a menu that will allow you to switch their tools would be nice. Also might help if a player accidentally gives a worker their tool without meaning to. ~ Disable UI - An option to disable the UI would be cool, for focused gameplay. Just gets rid of the tooltip at the bottom when hovering and the top bar, allowing the player to see more of the screen at once as well.
All in all, a very fun little game. I played it some months ago but at that time I never knew you could get tools from the vending machine(?) in the corner of the first room, so it was a slow and frustrating experience the first go around. Glad I came back to this one.
Thanks for the suggestions! It may be a bit before I come back to update Miner Troubles, but I will try out everyone's suggestions when I do! Thanks for playing!
Hello Intradom! I loved your game so much that I had to leave a comment. This is probably late, but hopefully you'll see this one day
The game was surprisingly fun, especially with all the discoveries that I found since I did not look at anything and there wasn't a tutorial. Finding out that those robots can be hired wasn't difficult. I then wondered if I can upgrade them and randomly clicked on one of them when they got in my way and they took my pickaxe! That was such a happy moment.
Another discovery that I found late was that I could zoom out, It was a pleasant discovery that didn't even cross my mind.
The game is extremely relaxing and the sound effects, especially the music is lovely. I cannot stop listening to it. I didn't upgrade my items to the maximum tier since I felt that I beat the game after hiring 6 out of 9 robots. There wasn't much else for me to do after that I felt like.
I liked the pickaxe for the robots the most. It felt the best visually. There are a few things I hoped for, but overall I was surprised at how long I played it. I genuinely enjoyed it. Thank you Intradom for this game! Have a wonderful life :D
Nice game. Finished it in about 1 hour and a half, all max tier tools and all bots with highest tier hammer (because is the best tool for them). If you plan to work on the game, some suggestions:
- Instead of clicking each time to trade a gem to a higher tier gem in the machine, make it to tread all with just a click. I had over 30k brown, black and red gems to trade, but I was afraid to develop RSI for clicking too much.
- Make the bot's AI somewhat configurable, like "mine the lowest value gem, mine the highest value gem, "mine the closest gem", "if 'specific color gem' exists, mine it, else, mine closest". That sort of thing.
- Kinda unbalanced with the numbers. It was easier to buy the white bot than the light pink bot.
That happens when I try to play on my phone. But it never happened to me when I used Chrome for my desktop. I will keep an eye out. Thanks for the followup.

Thanks for the detailed review and playing the game :D
The webgl game is not playable in chrome.
I downloaded the game, I would add a tutorial & main menu (With setting screen). Otherwise its a cool concept.
Hmm that's strange. I usually playtest WebGl in Chrome. I agree with the tutorial and menu, it's on my todo list. Thanks for playing :D
What message does it say when you try to play in Chrome?
Something like This Browser does not support an api. or something.
That happens when I try to play on my phone. But it never happened to me when I used Chrome for my desktop. I will keep an eye out. Thanks for the followup.
